The Agency System enables TikTok Live agencies to manage multiple creators from a centralized dashboard. Agencies can onboard streamers, share automation presets, and provide their creators with exclusive subscription benefits.

Agencies on TIKTORY can:

• Share audio alerts, flows, and overlay presets with members
• Provide automatic subscription discounts to all agency streamers
• Monitor member activity and engagement

Benefits for Agency Members

When a streamer is added to an agency, they automatically receive:

For Agencies

Applying for Agency Access

To register your agency on TIKTORY:

1. Sign up for a TIKTORY account
2. Contact us at support@tiktory.com to apply for agency access, tell us your agency name as well as the email address that you signed up with.

Applications are typically reviewed within 1 business day.

Managing Your Agency

Once approved, you can access the Agency Dashboard from the main navigation menu. There will be a new section for your agency.

Inviting Members

1. Go to Agency -> Members
2. Click “Invite Member”
3. Enter the creator’s email address
4. The creator will receive an invitation (in-app) to join your agency. If the user is not registered yet, they will be asked to sign up for a TIKTORY account via email.

Sharing Presets

Share your best automation setups with all agency members:

1. Navigate to Agency > Presets
2. Select the category you want to share (Audio Alerts or Overlay & Flows)
3. Click “Create Preset”
4. Select the items you want to include in the preset
5. Name the preset
6. Share with agency members

Removing Members

To remove a creator from your agency:

1. Go to Agency -> Members
2. Find the member in the members list
3. Click the “Remove” button next to their name
4. Confirm the removal

Note: Removing a member will revoke their agency benefits (discount and trial). Any shared presets they’ve imported will remain in their account. Their subscription will not be affected.

For Streamers

Joining an Agency

When an agency invites you to join:

1. Check your email for the invitation, or, if you already have a TIKTORY account, check your user menu (top right corner) for the invitation.
2. Click “Agency Invitations” in the user menu
3. Click the “Accept” button next to the invitation
4. Your account will automatically be linked to the agency

Your 20% discount and 7-day trial will be applied immediately.

Viewing Your Agency Status

To check your agency membership, see if you have access to the agency dashboard in the main navigation menu.

Leaving an Agency

You cannot end your agency membership, an agency administrator can remove you from the agency.

How the Discount Works

The 20% agency discount:

• Applies automatically to all paid subscriptions (BASIC and PRO)
• Is NOT applied to existing subscriptions, if you already have a subscription, you’ll need to cancel it and start a new subscription to get the discount.
• Works on monthly and annual billing cycles
• Stacks with the 7-day free trial for new subscribers

Can I be part of multiple agencies?

No, each TIKTORY account can only be associated with one agency at a time.

What happens to my subscription if I leave an agency?

Your subscription remains active, and you will continue to receive the discount until the end of your subscription.

Can I keep the presets shared by my agency after leaving?

Yes, any presets you’ve imported to your account remain yours even after leaving the agency.

How do I contact my agency through TIKTORY?

Currently, TIKTORY doesn’t provide in-app messaging between agencies and members. Please use your agency’s standard communication channels.

I’m an individual creator—can I get the agency discount?

The agency discount is exclusive to creators who are part of a registered agency. Individual creators can take advantage of our regular subscription pricing and occasional promotions.

Troubleshooting

I joined an agency but don’t see my discount

1. Log out and log back in to refresh your account
2. Check the sidebar to confirm your agency membership is active (it should show your agency name)
3. If the issue persists, contact your agency administrator to verify your invitation was sent

I can’t access shared presets

Make sure your agency has shared presets available. Check with your agency administrator if you believe you should have access to specific presets.
